SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship anywhere within the USA, including all U.S. territories, and offer international shipping worldwide.

A. Domestic Shipping (USA) 

Processing & Shipping Times: All orders are processed, packed, and shipped from our Los Angeles, CA warehouse.
Standard shipping: 7-21 business days. (Expedited shipping times start the day after the order is processed.)
For example: If the order is placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time, it will be processed on the next business day. 

Shipping Carriers: We primarily use USPS (Priority or First Class) and UPS. In special cases, "Common Carrier" options may be selected.


All packages are blind shipped, meaning no company information is visible on the shipping label.

We do not include invoices or packing slips in the package.


Free Shipping: Free shipping is available for US domestic orders over $300 (for the 48 contiguous states only).

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii: Hawaii and Alaska orders will be shipped via USPS, and Hawaii shipments may take an additional day due to time differences.


Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information will be available as soon as the order is shipped. If your package is not delivered, you must notify us within 30 days of the order date.

B. International Shipping 

Shipping Times: International orders are shipped via USPS (Priority Mail/Parcel Post or First Class Mail).
Delivery typically takes 14-21 business days, depending on the destination.


Custom Fees, Taxes, and Duties: All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and will be assessed by your local customs authorities. We are required to state the value of your order on the package. (In rare cases, customs agents may delay delivery of packages.)

Terms for International Orders: By placing an order, you agree to pay the original shipping charges, any custom import fees, and the cost of return shipping if applicable. This also applies to any shipments refused at delivery.

REFUND POLICY

Our Refund Policy provides clear guidelines on eligibility for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Customers can request a return or exchange within 5 days after receiving their order, provided items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Refunds are issued after items are inspected and approved, typically processed within 5-10 business days through the original   payment method after the order has been received.

Certain items, such as final sale or personalized products, may be non-refundable as specified in our product descriptions. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product received was incorrect or defective. Our policy complies with consumer rights and is subject to updates to maintain high standards of service and compliance with industry regulations.

Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel their order within 3 days after placing it, generally within 24 hours, to ensure timely processing. To cancel an order, customers are required to contact our customer service team directly with their order details. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.

In cases where the order has already shipped, customers can refer to our Refund Policy for guidance on returns and exchanges. Once a cancellation request is successfully processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after cancelling. This policy ensures clarity and flexibility for customers, reflecting our commitment to providing dependable and responsive service.
