At My Enchantresss, we are committed to delivering your enchanting fashion choices with care and efficiency. We partner with trusted fulfillment centers in the USA to process and ship your orders directly to you. Please review our shipping and returns guidelines below.
1. Shipping Information
All orders are processed, packed, and shipped directly from our partner warehouse located in Los Angeles, CA, USA.
A. Domestic Shipping (USA)

Processing Times: Orders are typically processed the next business day after being placed (if placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time).

Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 7-21 business days from the day your order is processed. (Expedited shipping times, if offered, would also begin the day after processing).

Shipping Carriers: We primarily utilize USPS (Priority or First Class) and UPS for domestic shipments within the USA. In special cases, "Common Carrier" options may be selected.

Blind Shipping: For your privacy and discretion, all packages are blind shipped. This means no My Enchantresss company information is visible on the shipping label. The shipping label will read: SHIPPING DEPARTMENT 1732 Santee Street Los Angeles, CA 90015 We do not include invoices or packing slips in the package.

Free Shipping: Free standard shipping is available for US domestic orders over $300 (applicable to the 48 contiguous states only).

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii: Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via USPS. Hawaii shipments may experience an additional day for delivery due to time differences.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information will be available as soon as the order is dispatched. If your package is not delivered, you must notify us within 30 days of the order date.
B. International Shipping

Shipping Times: International orders are shipped via USPS (Priority Mail/Parcel Post or First Class Mail). Delivery typically takes 14-21 business days, depending on the destination country's customs and postal services.

Custom Fees, Taxes, and Duties: All applicable custom fees, import taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and vary by country. We are required to state the value of your order on the package. Please note that in rare cases, customs agents may delay the delivery of packages.

Terms for International Orders: By placing an international order, you agree to pay the original shipping charges, any applicable custom import fees, taxes, and duties, and the cost of return shipping if applicable. This also applies to any shipments refused at delivery due to non-payment of customs fees or other reasons.
2. Returns & Exchanges Policy
We strive for your complete satisfaction. Please review the following guidelines carefully.

Return/Exchange Eligibility Window: You may request a return or exchange within 5 days from the date you receive your merchandise. Requests made after this 5-day period will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and with all original tags attached.

Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., lingerie, swimwear where hygiene seals are broken).

Customized or personalized items.

Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" in their product description.

All international sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted for international orders.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately upon receipt (within the 5-day eligibility window), providing clear photos of the product and its packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

How to Initiate a Return:

Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return, along with the reason for the return.

If your return is eligible, our team will provide you with a FREE UPS prepaid return label via email. This label is valid for items shipped within the 48 continental states only.

Print the label, attach it securely to any suitable box or package, and drop the package off at a UPS location.

The package will be returned directly to our partner warehouse. You must send the item back within 30 days of receiving the free return label from us.

Return Shipping Costs:

My Enchantresss provides a FREE UPS prepaid return label for eligible domestic returns within the 48 continental states.

For international returns, all sales are final, and returns are not accepted.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items to ensure delivery.

Once your return is received at our partner's warehouse and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of your returned item.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after the returned item has been received and approved by our partner. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
