2. Order Processing and Fulfillment

  • Processing Schedule: Orders are processed, packed, and shipped from our partner warehouse in Los Angeles, CA, USA, during business days only (Monday to Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

  • Out-of-Stock Items: In the rare event that an item in your order is out of stock, we will send you an email notification. You will have the option to replace the out-of-stock item(s). If we do not receive a response from you within 2 business days, the rest of your order will be shipped as is, and a refund will be processed for the out-of-stock item(s).

  • Order Verification Calls: To ensure the accuracy and security of your order details before dispatch, My Enchantresss conducts two verification calls. If we are unable to verify your customer details within 5 business days from the initial attempt, your order will be placed on hold. If verification remains incomplete within this period, the order will be cancelled, and a refund will be processed within another 5 business days. Your prompt response to these calls is greatly appreciated.
