Orders with discrepancies in billing and shipping addresses will be placed on hold. An email will be sent requesting additional verification information. Failure to respond within 2 business days will result in order cancellation.

Order Processing and Shipping: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
In the event of out-of-stock items, an email notification will be sent, and customers will have the option to replace the items. If no response is received within 2 business days, the order will be shipped as is, and a refund will be processed for the out-of-stock items.
