• Incomplete Verification: If we encounter difficulty reaching you for verification, or if the verification process remains incomplete, your order will be temporarily placed on hold for 2 business days from the date of receiving incomplete verification.

• Order Cancellation and Refund: If we are unable to verify your details within this 2-business-day period, the order will be cancelled, and the amount paid will be refunded within another 5-7 business days.

For International Disputes:

In the event that amicable resolution is not possible, any such dispute, controversy, or claim shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India (or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof). The seat and venue of the arbitration shall be Pune, Maharashtra, India. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this clause shall limit My Enchantresss's right to seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in any court of competent jurisdiction worldwide for any actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.
